Guest guest
hello everyone, I havent posted in awile and am hopeing for some advice. My daughter has bilateral PMG. She is a happy curious girl and I am having problems finding activities for her. She is getting to the age were she is frustrated by her fisted hands and clumsy legs. She cannot sit by herself but enjoys being independent in her corner chair. If anyone has any ideas or can share a special toy I am looking for something that will motivate and help her use some muscles. Thanks Randi
Guest guest
Hi Randi, I was wondering does have hand splints to help keep her hands open? used to use wear hand splints that would help to keep her hands open so that she could hold things. We still had to put things into her hands. One thing she liked was the big fat crayons, she also liked to wear a band of bells around her wrists. we got the bells at the music store. also had some puzzles with really big knobs that she liked. always got lots of pretty things to wear in her hair and she liked to wear jewelry like necklaces. She was always such a girly girl and loved to dress up. Good luck Christmas shopping, Love Phyllis forever mom to Angel (5/14/96-10/19/06)
