Guest guest
On a recent interview with Dr. Lapp he gives the names of several coaches and therapists that do online coaching (no numbers so you would have to google them) for those of us PWC needing direction in our lives or some emotional help. Also a web site in support of patients with chronic fatigure syndrome at www.cfidsselfhelp.org. This recovering patient of cfs is offering a 14 week course you can take on line with topics like pacing, feelings, goals, minimizing relapses - a lot of the things that drive us nuts. It isn't really expensive and can be done from your computer - (no having to wipe out inorder to get support and direction) I have been looking for something like this forever - I even tried to design my own. Support is wonderful - but sometimes it becomes a grieving session - this seems more directed. I personally like living in the camp of making the most of the life I do have, so finding ways to do that realy appeals to me. Check it out. Guest guest
" Also a web site in support of patients with chronic fatigure syndrome at www.cfidsselfhelp.org. " Thanks for posting this link, Carol. It contains some highly useful tools for CFS sufferers to take control of their life and their illness. I wish I had found it much sooner in my illness, before 12 years of constant push-crash took their toll on every system in my body.
