Guest guest
don't know what to advise for the pain, to help you. I am so sorry. But I am a praying man, and will lift you up without ceasing. You are in our prayers!! Thanks, I appreciate that. I took a Celebrex at 10pm and slept till 1am with one interruption. At 1am I seemed to feel a little better and took a Vicodin. Didn't get back to sleep until after 4am, I think my stomach was gurgling due to hungriness. This am I seemed to be about the same as I was at 1am, but by 1pm it started getting bad again. Back to using the alligator to lean on to take away some of the pain. The info on bowel movements was quite interesting. I wouldn't have a problem with this being bowel/colon related. I think it is getting time to do a colon cleanse. I will have to look at the files. Our Chiro does the toftness (sp?) technique, although I have never had it done. He has done it on my mom. She says it did work. It wouldn't be so bad if I could go and pay $35.00, but they always have to have you so many more times and I just don't have that right now. I am going to see if I have the Devil's Claw (as soon as I can step on the stepstool), because I think I have some. I used to take EPO and didn't see it do anything or feel, so I quit taking it. Back to laying down, as I can't sit here or walk without the really bad pain. My pain is not on either side, rather from the extreme lower back, down (way down) and also around the hips. The pain is also in my thighs, sides and backs not in the front. Basically I hurt from the extreme lower back to the knees, inside thighs from the knees to something inside. My stomach doesn't hurt neither the fronts of my legs. Kinda hard to explain to you. Thanks all! Deborah

Drink tons of water. Dr. Batman says that lots and lots of water is very important with sciatica. At least a gallon a day, taking 1/2 tsp. of celtic salt for every quart you drink. I have his book on back problems. Gloria
Guest guest
I can't get my leg high enough to get on the step stool to find out. Please try to get some ice on your back or rear end or whereever the pain seems to be coming from. It really helps. If you don't have ice packs, sit on a couple bags of frozen veggies! Anything, but ice is a plus! Gloria
Guest guest
Your stomach may be gurgling due to the combo of celebrex and Vicodin... I have a bottle of Celebrex from my surgery on my knee... DH got the prescription filled.. it is still in the med cabinet... I refused to take it ... he asked why.. I said have you seen the side effects and the rundown on this... no way.. went to my MSM and dmso, deep tissue oil and bone flesh and cartlidge, and organic iron and calcium. Try a hot epsom salts bath... SuziKLSIRDDOGS@... wrote: I took a Celebrex at 10pm and slept till 1am with one interruption. At 1am I seemed to feel a little better and took a Vicodin. Guest guest
Did I send you Deep tissue oil? IF so apply it.. KLSIRDDOGS@... wrote: > Try a hot epsom salts bath...> Suzi> I did that. I took the Celebrex first and then 3 hours later took the Vicodin. I just took another Celebrex as this is unbearable. I am afraid to take a sleeping pill when there is so much pain. Don't think that is smart! I can hear my knee caps GRINDING every time I bend them (steps)and they haven't done that since the cortisone shot! Hope that hasn't wore off already! Don't want another one. I'm just plain crying!D

Don't want another one. I'm just plain crying! > D ============================== Hi Deborah, I am sorry to hear you are in so much pain. My prayers and thoughts are with you. My main suggestion is to cleanse, cleanse, cleanse. Mainly lots of juice cleansing using carrot, beets, celery & cucumber mix and apple. No, this will not make the pain go away immediately. But in time, once the toxins are out of the body, you shouldn't be experiencing but little if any at all. Got any mud in your yard? Crazy as it may sound pack yourself in mud from the waist down. You will be surprised what a mud bath can do for you. Very healing and does draw out a lot of toxins. Epsom salt bath with at least a pound of epsom salts in the water along with a cup of sea salt. I would also strongly suggest your begin using cayenne internally as well as externally. Make an oil infusion of cayenne to rub on your aching joints and muscles. Take cayenne internally daily. Start drinking distilled water with the juice a 1/2 lemon in it. Also taking a tablespoonful of organic Apple Cider Vinegar 3X's per day. Alkalinizing your system will help in the removal of mineral deposits, excess mucus and toxins. This in time will help with your pain. Devil's Claw is very good for helping with pain as is cayenne and lots of other herbs. Black Cohosh, Wild Yam are two more. Celery seed is very good for help with arthritis/rheumatism and gout conditions. Your lower back pain may be due to a disc problem affecting the nerves there. Peace be with you Deborah. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
