Guest guest
I have been doing alot of searching and have been trying to find a connection with my daughters and a few of my cousins. and Abigail were born without the primal reflexes that babies are born with and had to be taught. did not know how to suck, she did not grasp fingers and she did not respond to sound and did not until she was almost 3 years old and then it went to the opposite extreme. She is now 7 years old and cannot go to the bathroom because she can't stand the sound of the toilet flushing. **SIGH** Abigail on the other hand, has no problems with sounds. She was born with no grasp reflex, or a startle reflex. My only first cousin on my mom's side had a baby that will be a year old on Friday. Italia was born without the blinking reflex. They had to put drops in her eyes every few hours because she did not know to blink. She is also not crawling and not rolling over at 11.5 months old. Has anyone come across anything like this before as far as the reflexes go? has been dx with ADHD, OCD and severe sensory. Abigail has been dx with Asperger's Syndrome, ADHD, Severe Sensory, articulation problems, and long term memory deficits. Italia has been dx with developmentally delayed. Thanks in advance!! (who is always looking for answers!!!) s We could learn a lot from crayons... Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull. Some have weird names, and all are different colors, but they all have to live in the same box.
