I can't get this link to work and I'd love to read the article because

I'm waiting on an operation for a prolapse and I've been worrying

about how it will affect the M.E.

I've copied it so I'll print it and take it with me. I've no idea when

the op will be. I don't see the consultant for another month and I've

been waiting since July when it was diagnosed by my GP. Oh what a

wonderful health system we have in the UK :-(

I've also got extreme vertigo waited 7 months on an appointment for

that. Got told when I did go, they couldn't do anything because I

didn't have someone with me (You think they could have told me to

bring someone - I'm not that psychic) When i had to cancel my second

appointment as I was too ill to leave the house that day, they

rescheduled it in four months time :-(

Hi Kirsteen, well it's not like I'm getting any better care in Canada...the

somatisation loonies have taken over everywhere...I do hope you get it all

sorted soon, it's bad enough to be so ill but worse to not get treatment for

things they can actually help with <sigh>. I'm in the same boat. You TC,
