There's a group you might consider joining, where you can get good info and more resources: DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO/ Here's a link to a series of 4 videos made by an interesting guy named Vitalis, discussing the use and value of both MSM and DMSO: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0OELLzz6hAI & feature=related As I understand it, MSM is derived from DMSO, but they're two different things which have different properties and effects on the body. To the best of my understanding so far, DMSO is a powerful solvent, which when taken internally or used topically, causes whatever is ingested or applied along with it to rapidly penetrate deep into the body. MSM is also a solvent, and is a rich source of sulphur which is used by the body to build skin, nails, hair, cartilage and is integral to the support of healthy muscles, tendons and ligaments. Here are a few more links with info about both these substances: http://www.all-natural.com/msm.html http://www.dmso.org/articles/information/muir.htm Elan Elan
Guest guest
Thanks for the info Elan. Looks like amazing stuff! Are you on either one yet? I'm saving this info for future reference.
