Re: lactobacillus acidophilus?

Hi Donna -

Kryo-dophilus lists " l. acidophilus " . I think there

are two (or more?) lactobacillus... I cannot remember

which one it is that can set off pandas or tics (and

severe restless leg syndrome omg!) ... Can anyone

tell me/us?

I've been trying to figure out what is triggering my

restless leg syndrome ... very very bad at night...

and I just realized it has been happening on the

nights I remember to take my Kyodophilus at dinner. I

don't want that to be it, though, 'cause I really need

those little buggies...

I heard about a new yogurt (cows milk, though) that

has all different probiotics in it, and I didn't

really recognize the strains. I wonder if there are

other kids that don't tolerate kyodophilus (I've had

suspicions in the past with my oldest son, and he's

been horrible lately since I've upped the dose and

been very diligent about it). Are there others that

someone could recommend I try next order? I need to

do some testing to rule this out.

I'll look back thru my posts...
