Guest guest
it is worth mentionning that the vaccine injury program states that you can file 36 mos after 1st symptom occurred. this will work for the newbies but for us that have been at this for a while, doesnt sound like we qualify (my son is 8 yrs old ). vicki
Guest guest
It has been stated beforehand I agree that children shouldn't be treated as general population in receiving the vaccinations required by law per say, but one cannot go against the government without repercussion(s). I myself know that due to a series of Hepatitis of 3 shots back in late '89 and early '90 put my immune in terrible condition, but I truly feel that if we go against the government, it will only prolong the treatment plans / cure for our children. I am angry that so much toxins have been added to vaccines in the 1989-1990 years, but we are banging our heads against the wall with this one. Let's ask our government to help us save our children OR else we can wait another several years before we start to see improvement in the treatment, education and cure for children diagnosed in the A.S. D. Please gang share your thoughts with me here. I have been fighting for my daughter for 14 years now AND will NEVER give up until the day I pass on to the next phase of eternity. But I would like to hear some of your opinions. And lastly, some parents can do EVERYTHING possible via protocol, therapies and education and still be struggling for some major comebacks, like my daughter Lindsey. But I thank God every day that I have found relief for her and that she is NO WHERE near the way she use to be. In pain and screaming and crying for hours at a time continually for years prior to this. It is only fair that we get some other voices here, we want to hear from you all. It doesn't help to NOT post, we must help one another. Guest guest
I am not sure if anyone else feels the same as I about the vaccines causing our children's injuries, but the vaccine injury case can be followed by going to the following link: http://autism.uscfc.uscourts.gov/autism/index.html For more information visit www.vacinfo.org or email VIC@... Guest guest
I do not know the answers, but this is one vehicle to get some help to pay for all of the medical bills. In my state, we qualify for financial help, but are on a waiting list a mile long (have been for 4 years!) and do not know when or if this will ever materialize into actual $. There is money put aside by our federal governmant for vaccine injury. I look at it as an assistance that we MAY be entitled to. One thing that keeps bugging me in the back of my head is what if HHV6 contaminated a vaccine that was administered to millions of kids? Just my thoughts. It seems in our crazy world change happens when someone creates a lawsuit. The latest moves in your state Michele seem positive for you guys. My state is light years away form being able to assist families they have already promised $ to so I guess I have lost hope there. > > It has been stated beforehand I agree that > children shouldn't be treated as general > population in receiving the vaccinations > required by law per say, but one cannot > go against the government without repercussion(s). > > I myself know that due to a series of Hepatitis > of 3 shots back in late '89 and early '90 put my > immune in terrible condition, but I truly feel that > if we go against the government, it will only > prolong the treatment plans / cure for our children. > > I am angry that so much toxins have been > added to vaccines in the 1989-1990 years, but > we are banging our heads against the wall with > this one. > > Let's ask our government to help us save our > children OR else we can wait another several > years before we start to see improvement in > the treatment, education and cure for children > diagnosed in the A.S.
