Hello!!

Loooonng time no speak! I actually lost my favourites list and then

got distracted by other things and have lost touch. Hoping everyone's

doing amazingly well and feverishly happy!

Hey - I finish my Personal Training certification tomorrow.... god

willing I pass the damn final exam of course! It's been an amazing

experience and Im feeling very proud that while tomorrow i become a

Personal Trainer for people wanting to lose weight....especiall y

those who've had a Gastric band...but it was only just February this

year that I sat here at 106 kgs about to have my band and wondering

if it'll all be OK.

You guys here on this site provided so much support and comfort i'll

always be so grateful.

If you want a little giggle, check out the Jan issue of Slimming and

Health mag...now I ask you poeple....why on earth didn't they at

least put me in a pair of heels for a slimming mag!! Was so annoyes

at those flat sandals!! hheee well hopefully it'll be a bit of

advertising for my new PT business next year so I'll roll with the

punches.

After i survive this course and then Christmas it'll be all on to

lose the last 6-7 kilos...stay tuned!

Hi , will reply in a little more detail tomorrow - gotta rush

off now but in answer to your question...Im based in Cromer on

Northern Beaches but am happy to travel and be flexible etc. As far

as disabilities they do touch on it and I have resources to help with

any extra training I may need.. in addition i have spent the past 18

years in the disability field assisting people to find employment and

then training them in the jobs...so it's certainly mt neck on the

woods!
