Totally agree. Lovely to see the girls who RSVPd and that everyone could make it on the day

I was just saying to Mel today that sometimes with smaller intimate groups its easier to get to know each other better.

It really was a nice cosy place to be with the yucky weather outside.....Ali

It kind of got me thinking and propt me back up to get my fat bum back

onto optifast for a few weeks get myself back into the swing of things

and back on track!

I am so not drinking anymore until xmas after seeing what damage i did

i stood on the gym scales this morning lol....
