Hi ,

Yes there are many of us from HR here. Welcome to the group and hope you

find it enjoyable here. As for your garlic, if you are leaving it whole

then you will get all the benefit of it. Just make sure you utilize that

potent apple cider vinegar too. Would make a wonderful salad dressing or

the beginnings of one.

As for white vinegar, well this stuff is not really good for our bodies.

It is distilled and very mucus forming in the body. It does not have the

same benefits as does apple cider vinegar, which is a ferment and not

distilled.

Yes it is hehe. I never want to waste my good ACV on cleaning chores and just use cheap white vinegar instead.
