As for your garlic, if you are leaving it whole then you will get all the benefit of it. Just make sure you utilize that potent apple cider vinegar too. Would make a wonderful salad dressing or the beginnings of one. As for white vinegar, well this stuff is not really good for our bodies. It is distilled and very mucus forming in the body. It does not have the same benefits as does apple cider vinegar, which is a ferment and not distilled. Again welcome to the group and make yourself at home. Look forward to hearing from you.
