I was banded back in 2003 with the bio band (4.5 to 5 mls max), lost 40 kilos, put most of it back on again. July this year I had my gallbladder out and the new surgeon replaced the port which was pitted with holes, hence the band not working. I finally had 2mls of fill Monday week ago and since then lost 5 kilos. Problem is no eating and hardly any fluids. I'd take a sip of fluids then have to wait half an hour for it to go down. I'm asthmatic, dont have a cold but an enormous amount of mucus buildup. Even if I shifted it some how I was still too tight. Tuesday I had it all taken out again. Next Friday I'll have 1 ml put in.
