Hi Syl,

Missed ya. Sorry to hear that life is keeping you so busy but then

again, that can be a blessing too. Some herbs just fluff instead of

powdering. Garden sage is another one. By all means use it. It won't

hurt and if nothing else puts fiber into your diet. :-)
