Yes, you have to type the body of the email in " plain text " .

In an open email in Outlook, change your message format from HTML to Plain

Text.

The server cannot convert things like font, spacing, images, etc.

When I send an abstract it looks fine in my outlook but prints out all weird

on the list. I see it happens to others as well . Does anyone know how to

prevent it?
