Hi,

I am new to this group, but I have an adopted daughter, pre natal drug

exposure, received a diagnosis of autism at 20 mo., now 5 1/2. She has

recovered

quite a bit through Chelation with TD-DMPS, etc. It now appears her damaged

immune system is the area that will be the key to her completing recovery.

She was diagnosed with Hypogammaglobulinemia in Nov. Now that the " rif-raf "

has been cleared through chelation, I see a direct correlation with stress on

her immune system (ie. virus' parasites, bacterial) cause her behavior to be

Oppositional, defiant and explosive, to say the least and affects her play

and cognitive skills. Anyhow, how is the treatment you guys doing differ from

other Biomedical treatments for Autism?? I am using homeopathy and vitamin A

to deal with virus' any other suggestions? what is the jist of treatment

of ?? I need a new avenue to explore as it seems my daughter's autism is

different from that of my friends children.

I am in contact with another adoptive mom, drug exposed child, with issues,

that did not receive autism diagnosis but she just told me, her son too, did

get better with illness. I expressed to her the encephalopathy connection.

This stuff IS all connected, where there are toxins involved.

Diet, supplementation, removing toxins from the body and environment are

definitely something that would be helpful to this child, IMO.

Thanks in advance,

Roseann
