I too have horse pills to take but I struggle to take them first thing in the morning....haven’t found the soluble vitamin D as yet!!! Guest guest Posted November 10, 2008 Report Share Posted November 10, 2008 Mel, Try adding foods like yoghurt, salmon, tuna and sardines to your diet. These are foods that are high in Vitamin D. there are a few others as well. You will probably still need a supplement but these foods would help.
