Subject: Vitamin D...

I have low

Vitamin D.... how??? I am a sun worshipper... very odd. I need to get my

act together with vitamins and minerals, I am a lazy bones and always forget to

take them. I just can't get tablets and capsules down... eek!!!

Think I will go and sit in the sun... mmmm.

Mel,

Try adding foods like yoghurt, salmon, tuna and sardines to your diet.

These are foods that are high in Vitamin D. there are a few others as

well. You will probably still need a supplement but these foods would

help.
