Guest guest
hi liz....i have the suicide thoughts alot too...and i have acted on them twice in the past and even thought of it again recently...im tired of feeling bad and tired of feeling confused....i think you have to do what you want and what you are comfortable with and not what other people think you should do ....i understand comepletly how you feel and what you are going thru hugs christina SUICIDAL THOUGHTS On Tuesday evening I took an overdose, 8 co codomal tablets. I have Been feeling down for a while on and off. I am between homes, my Own and my boyfriend's 95 miles away. For a while now I have been Upset when staying at my boyfriend's. His father has been trying to Get us to live together at Graham's home to save going backwards and Forwards, they have bought a wardrobe and chest of drawers for Graham, he moved at the beginning of January, he is now nearer his Parents than before, about 5 minutes walk. I said I would be willing to move eventually, my parents live near Me, I also have a nice 2 bedroom flat where I live, Graham has a 1 Bedroom flat, his is rented, mine is bought. Graham has been round To his parents a few times and told them he is trying his best, I Have been feeling his family are against me, as soon as I said I am Not ready to move in yet the parents attitude changed, they said They shouldn't have helped us out, I just slam them in the face. Graham and I have been together 2 years. My parents are in their 80's and don't want me to give my flat up, they would rather us Travel backwards and forwards. I haven't told my parents about the Overdose in case it upset them. Graham did take me to A & E and I Am OK. I still feel very low, I take 40mg paroxetine. I know it is Difficult for Graham to go against his parents but I do get scared Of going round there. What would you suggest I do. When Graham's mother was told about The overdose I admitted I probably needed help like counselling, she Said " I think you need a psychiatrist!! " . She is saying that we are Causing her to be ill and Graham's dad agrees that we don't Appreciate them. Both Graham and I have scoliosis.
