No, you will not be taking any parasite cleanse, bowel cleanse or anything else cleanse. You will be drinking a lot of distilled water (preferrable), vegetable juice (either celery/cucumber, carrot separately or apple separately). You will also be drinking 16 ounces of prune juice first thing in the AM. This is to help keep the bowels moving. No food in means no trigger for the peristalic action. Juice just doesn't trigger this action. Hence the prune juice. You will also be taking some olive oil too, but not that much. Basically you will be drinking one gallon of distilled water and one gallon of vegetable or apple juice per day for each of the three days. Very easy to follow. If you should get uncomfortably hungry and don't think you can go without then you may eat the vegetable or fruit that your juice is made from. I do believe you will find the complete text in the files under cleanses. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Mixing the two might be a bit much for someone who has not done any cleansing before. However, don't let that stop you. Cucumber and celery mixed is an excellent combination for anyone with arthritis/rheumatism as it helps to remove the stored up toxins from the joints and muscles. There is a list in the files that covers some vegetable and fruit juices and the specific ailments to use them for. It is far from complete however but still a good starting point for anyone who is wishing to handle a specific situation. Here is a site I just found that will give you a list of various juices and amounts that are good for certain afflictions. Just choose your situation and press the show juice button. Pretty cool. http://www.internethealthlibrary.com/sq/Juices/juicesframe.htm -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Just don't mix other fruits with vegetables is all. Apple is okay to mix with vegetables. Actually, you could do this on a daily basis as part of your diet. It will provide your body with the necessary minerals needed to rebuild your cells and nourish them. Juice, juice, juice will save your life and enhance it greatly. You just have to make certain that the rest of your diet is inline otherwise your spinning your wheels. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
