Guest guest
My biomed doctor prescribed them for my children but I am afraid of giving it to them. The pharmacy mentioned that it may cause hyperness and stimming (the last thing my kids need). One of my friends has Thursday off (as do I) and we are going to inject each other to see what happens. Guest guest
Jill, MB12 did wonders for my son! We had an explosion of language, eye contact, and focus. We are both being treated for Chronic Lymes Disease and so are each on 2 antibiotics. Antibiotics cause a depletion of all the B vitamins (per their own warning sheets). So the vit b12 shots are really good! Sher Sent from my iPhone On Jul 27, 2010, at 12:27 PM, Jill Boyer <sjillboyer@...> wrote: I will let you know if my friend and I go nuts. Guest guest
with the mb12 you will get a regression in behaviour as it stirs up the toxins in the body, and helps eliminate them, thats why you have to start off really slowly and at really small dosages and build up. my self the b12 injections sent me hypo has taken 18 months to get to right dosage, and i can tell you well worth the effort, my son had no issues and has actually told me that the b12 injections make his brain better and less crazy. he loves them so much and loves that feeling of a less crazy brain that he actually asks for and injects himself. every morning and every night. the difference in him is huge and within a week, where as for me it took 18 months, but i am mega toxic in comparison to him. i have also noticed since him being on the b12 his has virtually no anxiety and his senosry things are less. my dr explained that the hydroxy b12 works on the CNS as well. Guest guest
Hey Bill,  I am going to try it but I am not ready to try it on my kids. My children are in really bad shape right now and I am still trying to sort out what it causing it. If they get suddenly worse or better, I will not be able to tell if it was the MB12 shot because I am experimenting with their diet at the moment. I like to take things one at a time. I am also going to experiment with decreasing his lamictal (working with neurologist on this one) because his absence seizures have increased, his constipation is worse and he is complaining about his eyes. The biggest change he has had during the last 6 months is a huge increase in the amount of lamictal (which causes constipation, eye blurriness, headaches and coordination problems. He went from 20 mg in am and 25 in the pm to 100 in the am and 100 in the pm. He has gained 30 lbs (with very little height gain) and is becoming extremely violent and smearing his foecal matter every time he defecates. Not a happy picture over here.  Jill From: LYNN <lynnadeiter@...> Subject: Re: MB12 shots - any side effects? Guest guest
Randy, I don't know about the MB12 lollipops but Stan Kurtz started to help his son by going to Dr. Goldberg and still refers to him on his website. Unfortunately, sometimes the initial reason, good intentions and mission for people's actions change. I have been told by a friend of mine that Stan Kurtz charged her $200 for an hour of consultation to help her son. I question how another parent without an MD behind their name (who has been through this hell with their child) would try to benefit financially from helping another parent? What's wrong with this picture? As of yet there is not magic pill or cure, just years of work with skilled in immunology (like Dr. Goldberg or Dr. ) to help correct the problems with your child's immune system. We started with Dr. G when my son was five. We did DAN before that. is now twenty-one and recovered. My son, , was diagnosed when he was four years old. The leading authority on autism said he would never be okay. He was going to end up in a group home. Today does all the things the professionals said could never happen. He studies mechanical engineering at a university on a merit scholarship. excels academically but more importantly has friends and even a girlfriend for a while. He is a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity and was president of the Jewish Student Association. is a typical college student who drinks an occasional beer, goes on dates, stays out too late with friends and then sleeps through eight o'clock classes. I couldn't be more proud. When was little, I never thought these things were possible. Unbelievable as it seems, this is the same child who wanted to spend every day all day long plugging in a portable radio into every outlet in the house. 's long road to recovery was the hardest thing I have ever lived through. If you email me privately I can forward what we did medically to help him. But it is a long process and not for sissies. Hope this helps, Marcia Hinds

Guest guest
It might make sense for some children to take B12 based upon their individual situation and bloodwork as part of a medical treatment plan that is written specifically for them. I understand that there is an article about cobalt poisoning as a result of B12. Have not read the article. If anyone has it please send it to me at autismclinic2@.... I would greatly appreciate it! There is a down side to most medications, including multple vitamins. on Re: MB12 shots - any side effects? Guest guest
I feel that his credentials justify the charges. I am spending + $185 on supplements and gfcf food right now anyway. If Dr. Goldberg can help my baby boys then it is worth EVERY cent! Re: MB12 shots - any side effects? Guest guest
, I don't see Dr. G...BUT he is a DOCTOR with prescribing capabilities. Stan Kurtz is NOT. Huge difference. -Jen > > Hmmm.......doesn't Dr Goldberg charge $185 for a 20-30 minute phone consultation.......EVERY month?! > Sent on the Sprint® Now Network from my BlackBerry® > > Re: MB12 shots - any side effects? > > Randy, > > > > I don't know about the MB12 lollipops but Stan Kurtz started to help his son > by going to Dr. Goldberg and still refers to him on his website. > Unfortunately, sometimes the initial reason, good intentions and mission for > people's actions change. Guest guest
, My son had words but was only in the third percentile when he started Kindergarten. That means 97% of kids had more language than he did. After medical treatment and ABA to teach him what he missed, he was in the 85th percentile for speech by fourth grade. I will email the stuff about the medical privately. Best, Marcia
