It's kinda a recipe if you will So here's my list of aids: 1. My lava lamp 2. My relaxation tapes 3. My bedroom is a dark room with no windows but two doors 4. Taking deep breaths in the nose and releasing them SLOWLY through my lips. I lay in one place and think of some relaxing thoughts and next thing I know I'm off to the Land of Nod.
