Guest guest
, I LOVE reading about 's achievements!!! Congratulations to him and to you and Jan for all you have accomplished! Let us know when we can see the spring issue. P.S. -- has recently taken an interest in *ice* skating -- he enjoys watching all sports, but this is the first time he's really taken to one himself. Maybe we'll have another champion skater in our group in a few years!! Donna -- In , Shenko <jankevus@...> wrote: > > USARS, is the United States governing Skating > organization. Guest guest
Kev, Congratulations to your remarkable son and to you and your wife for supporting him in his skating achievements!!! This is a real lesson in how we sometimes need to expose our children to many things in order to find their gifts or passions. Although this is nothing on the level of , but awhile back I noticed photos on the digital camera that I hadn't taken. I came to find out my son had taken them. The most surprising thing about this was that the composition in these photos was shockingly good. Almost like a student photographer or someone very experienced in photograpy. I would have never expected my son to have some potential artistic ability. Anyhow, I don't know if this will become a passion or interest for my son, but it goes to show that sometimes our children can surprise us with undiscovered abilities or talents. So, you never know... someday, when is skating in the Olympics, my son will be the one nearby taking photos or filming it. ;-) On Feb 5, 2006, at 8:52 AM, Shenko wrote: > USARS, is the United States governing Skating > organization.
