========================================

Hi Cheryl,

Thanks for being honest! You have a hard row to hoe here but you can do

it and we can assist and support you. First off I want to commend you on

your desire to change and regain your health and the work you have been

doing so far. Now if you want to make great strides here you are going

to have to re-evaluate your diet. Refined sugars, flours, processed

foods, dairy, meats, etc are only going to keep you going downhill.

These are all mucus forming foods that will make your body too acidic.

If your body is too acidic than bacteria, viruses, and fungi and even

parasites will have a hay-day and thrive to the max within you. Also,

due to your body being too acidic, you are going to feel rundown, low

energy, aches and pains, depressions, intolerance to temperature changes

and extremes, hair loss, insomnia, and any of probably hundreds if not

thousands of different symptoms. This is basically what you are going to

have to do in order to regain your mental, emotional and physical health.

First you are going to have to make a really tough decision and then you

are going to have to stick to it no matter what.

Second you are going to have to change your dietary habits. No more

cooking of food. Cooking kills and destroys your food. No more dairy,

meats, refined sugars, refined flour products, junk foods, processed

foods, coffee, store bought juices, definitely no sodas. From now on you

are only going to eat living raw foods. All grains need to be soaked and

sprouted. All nuts need to be soaked, all legumes need to be soaked and

sprouted, all seeds need to be soaked and sprouted. All vegetables need

to be raw as does all fruit. Best is organic but if you can't afford or

obtain than get and use what you can. You need to increase your intake

of water (preferrably distilled or Reverse Osmosis). Add in the juice of

1/2 fresh squeezed lemon per pint of water and drink this day in and day

out, this is to help dissolve the mucus that is congesting your body.

Herb teas are fine as long as they contain no caffeine. All juices are

to be fresh squeezed or freshly juiced. Nothing store bought as those

are pasteurized and dead.

Third you need to start dry skin brushing your skin twice a day before

showering and before going to bed, every day. This will help stimulate

your lymph and help it to move along. It will also help in removing

toxins from the skin.

Fourth, take lots of very hot baths with epsom salts, sea salt etc. This

will help you to sweat out a lot of toxins and the epsom salts will help

to draw them out.

Fifth, any exercise you can do DO! Exercise will stimulate lymph flow

and drainage which is very important. Start doing what you can do. In

time you will be able to increase the amount you can do and will even

want to.

Sixth, pray, meditate, do yoga, tai chi whatever suits you. Do it daily

to help you regain your emotional/mental/spiritual balance.

Seventh, start doing some 3-day juice fastings using freshly juiced

apple juice or carrot juice. These will help speed up the process, help

your body eliminate a lot of stagnant lymph and toxins and get you

better prepared for the more thorough cleansings to come.

Eigth, you need to change your outlook and begin to see nothing but

positives. In other words, the more optimistic you can become the more

your body will go with the flow. Start by telling yourself everyday in

the shower or bath that every cell in your body is healthy and every

cell in your body is well. Just keep telling this to yourself over and

over day in and day out. Eventually your body is going to believe it and

make the necessary changes to reflect this. You control your body, not

the other way around.

The colon cleanse was a very good start but don't overlook the

possibility of doing another soon. You are going to want to make certain

that your colon is really clean 'cause when you make these changes your

body is going to start detoxing rather heavily at times and all those

toxins are going to need to be gotten rid of. Eventually, you are going

to need to do a liver/gall bladder cleanse, kidney/bladder cleanse and

finally a total body cleansing.

Okay, Cheryl, this is a long list of things for you to get started on.

It is your choice to make, good health or ......Anything that you

perceive as being not right with your body right now can be overcome and

all symptoms and ailments eliminated for good. Including genital herpes.

But you have to be diligent, honest with yourself, determined, dedicated

and most important of all fearless in your endeavor. I believe in you

Cheryl and I know you can overcome all of this and I and the others on

this list are here to assist you in any way we can.

Peace be with you Cheryl and if you have any questions or

misunderstandings about any of this just let us know.

=====================================

Hi Cheryl,

I really can't answer your question about kelp coming in capsule form. I

do believe that it comes in tablet form though. But then you are getting

a bunch of stuff you really don't need, fillers, binders etc. I suppose

you could encapsulate your own if you so chose to do so. Then again, you

might just check around online or in your HFS and see if they have kelp

in capsule form.

Continue taking your B complex if you wish, but replace the garlic oil

with raw garlic, take it anyway you want. I am not sure what you mean by

food based calcium. All of your minerals should be coming from the

veggies and fruits that you eat, as they are organic and not inorganic

(inorganic minerals are usually found in vitamins). Cayenne and raw

garlic along with raw ginger (or as a tea) will help your circulatory

system, heart and BP much better than the aspirin will. They are also a

lot less toxic. Make sure you are taking quality B complex though that

also has B-12. You can also take spirulina, AFA, chlorella, wheat grass

powder/juice and barley powder to help supplement for natural vitamins

and minerals. The fish oil is good for Omega 3. You will get plenty of

omega 6 just from your diet and if nothing else utilize sesame oil as it

is quite high in omega 6. You really want more of the omega 3 than the 6

anyway, I believe a 3:1 ratio. Also, get lots of vitamin C into your

system. Use powder or crystals, preferrably, and if you have a problem

taking the crystals then consider maybe ester " C " . Again you can use

pills but then you are putting a bunch of junk into your system that

doesn't need to be in there. Start with a teaspoonful a day and work up

to bowel tolerance. Once you reach bowel tolerance then back it down

just a tad so you don't have the trots. Then stay there for a week and

gradually work your way up. You can safely take 10 grams of vitamin C

per day or more with no problems, however, you need to work up to that

dosage or you are going to be spending alot of time in the WC. Vitamin C

is truly wonderful in what it can do for your body. You also need Vit. E

and A so make sure you are getting those. As for the 'A', best is

beta-carotene and you can get enough of that from redish/orange

vegetables and fruits.

You can use any of the dressing on your salads, raw veggie plates or

what have you. Any oil can be used as long as it is cold pressed and

preferrably unrefined. DO NOT USE CANOLA OIL. Hemp seed oil is wonderful

and is a perfect natural perfect balance of omega 3 and 6. Udo had to

work to get his in perfect balance but Udo's oil is very good as well.

Taking a cold shower after a hot bath or hot shower is a must for

anyone. It helps stimulate the body and closes the pores.

One should not need to use a laxative tea. If you are having problems

with constipation then you are not getting enough fiber and water into

your diet. Increase your fiber and, if needed, use either prune juice

(make it yourself and it will have all the enzymes as opposed to store

bought prune juice which is pasteurized) (easy to make just ask) or use

the Lower Bowel Formula in the files or some sore of Intestinal cleanse

that has all the herbs in it. If you must use a tea then use cascara

sagrada along with some licorice, ginger, cayenne and slippery elm. Do

make sure you are drinking lots of water. This is a must in order to

keep your body flushed of toxins, etc. The whole purpose here is to get

the bowels working properly by themselves.

Pilates is very good. If you can do it then by all means. Any exercise

is better than no exercise.

You can make your juice in the morning for lunch. However, once juiced

it begins to oxidize and break down rather quickly. Now I haven't tried

this but maybe mixing in a teaspoonful or tablespoonful of vitamin C

powder might help preserve your juice until lunch time.

The lobelia and mullein fomentation is this: Take 3 parts of mullein and

1 part of lobelia and pour boiling distilled water over, cover and allow

to steep for10-15 minutes. Soak a piece of muslin in it, wring it out

slightly so that it doesn't slop all over you when you place it on your

throat, and place it over your thyroid (as hot as you can stand). Then

wrap it with plastic wrap or something that will help hold in the heat

and moisture. Leave on all night. Replace every night, using a fresh

fomentation, for 6 nights and take the seventh night off. Then resume

using following the same cycle of 6 nights using with one night off. You

can even place the herbs inside of it as well. It will only do you good.

Matter of fact, I recommend that you soak the cloth in the tea, wring

slightly and place the herbs into it and place over your thyroid and

wrap with plastic or rubber or whatever will work. The herbs will help

hold in heat and continue to supply moisture and tea to your thyroid.

The sauna will do you a world of good while your are doing this as it

will allow your body to freely perspire thus helping to eliminate

toxins. Just make sure you shower well afterwards and rinse in cold water.

Hope this answers your questions Cheryl. Peace be with you.
