Guest guest
Hi I'm glad that this was cleared up. I was very concerned about what was being posted about Dr. Bruce not being a " real " doctor, and was just about to post when I saw the explanation. I realize that this was pure misunderstanding and that there were no bad intentions. But I still feel that one thing needs to be clarified. The NNY clinic does follow the protocol, there may be slight variations(by slight meaning that seasonal allergies are a big focus because it has more of an effect regionally, etc.) but the basis of the protocol is still the same. Dr. Goldberg has repeatedly stated that he has no affiliation with the NNY clinic and I find that completely reasonable, as he would not want to be liable for another doctor's treatments. However, I think these statements may have been misinterpreted by some to mean that the NNY Clinic is not credible or worse, doing harm. For those who do not know, both Dr. and Kathy on's children were/are treated by Dr. Goldberg. Kathy on (the nurse who heads the NNY Clinic) spent time in Dr. Goldberg's office being trained in the protocol for the intent of starting a clinic. This was not some " willy nilly " venture, with them thinking " let's mimic the protocol " . They do not use or promote alternative treatments and are just as vehemently against them as Dr. Goldberg. They have great respect for Dr. Goldberg and the work that he has done. There have been in the past posts that insinuate or imply that they are going against Dr. Goldberg's work and these statements are usually joined by a " they should stop because this will only harm the children " . I think this is the result of people not understanding the origin of the NNY clinic as stated above. They have worked tirelessly to make this treatment known, have since opened a second clinic and are helping many children, my daughter being one of them. These statements are what is harmful. They are harmful to the children who attend the NNY clinic, should they keep the clinic from getting the recognition and backing it needs. It harms future patients who cannot get to California and whose parents may be bringing them to the NNY clinic, but change their minds when they see erroneous information about the clinic that makes them think it is fraudulent. And it hurts us all because this should not be a competition. More can be accomplished together than apart. Again, I don't believe (hope) that anything against the clinic is intentional. I think it is more a product of lack of both communication and information. I just want to make sure that the NNY clinic gets the great reputation it deserves and that anyone considering going there knows that they will be in good hands. I don't know where my daughter would be without them. Respectfully,
