Guest guest
I have not heard of him before. Why don't you go in as our guinea pig and send us a full report. . . . . He does prescribe Armour and from what I've heard "believes in" adrenal fatigue. Just wondering if anybody has been to see him. He has a regular clinic as well as a health and wellness center in which he treats with bioidentical hormones. Anybody?(Houston) . __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Hee hee...that response was kinda scary! But ya know what? I think I'll do just that...I'll go in and post a report of my visit. Maybe that should be the newbie initiation from now on. Make an appointment with an " untested " doctor and report back with your findings. Yeah, that's something to consider! From what my friend told me, his office seems to be much like that of another Houston thyroid specialist, Dr. Hotze. I was a little leery of that, to be honest, as I am not crazy about doctors pimpin' their own personal pharmacy & vitamin business. I was happy to hear that Basaldua has an actual family practice clinic as well. So, I think I'll put on my big girl panties and try yet ANOTHER doctor. I'll let you know how things go. Oh, a question or two for you experts out there...I'm still kinda confused about the relationship between ferritin levels and adrenal problems. My ferritin is low, 18 I think, and I have most if not all of the adrenal fatigue symptoms I've read (which also seem to be hypo symptoms) but I'm not quite sure if the two are related. Am I mixing up ferritin with cortisol or some other such thing? Thanks! (Houston) > Basaldua in Kingwood? He was recommended by a friend and > strangely enough...he's on my insurance plan!
