We all take baby steps. Keep working on improving your diet. You want to go as much mucusless as possible and eventually totally, at least until your body cleanses and heals. Stress is killing your adrenals Kait. You need to either eliminate the stress or find other ways to deal with it that will protect you. Some really good herbs for your adrenals are parsley leaf/root tea, ginseng, ginger, licorice root. Aswaganda is another. Keep your immune system boosted as well by taking the super tonic, using echinacea and astragalus. Use raw garlic only and do begin taking cayenne every day. The more fresh green leafy vegetables you eat and the more fresh organic fruits you eat the more alkaline your body will become and you will begin to naturally detox. Herbs can assist this to be a much quicker and deeper process. Lots of fresh, raw organic vegetable and fruit juices too. Lots and lots of distilled or Reverse osmosis or highly purified water with the juice of freshly squeezed lemon in it. Any herb teas you desire as long as there is no caffeine. You need to eliminate any caffeine and chocolate from your diet as they are really bad for the adrenals. Eliminate all sugars, except from eating fresh fruits. The more you cleanse the excess mucus and wastes from your body the more your body will function properly. This means your nerves as well. You can cure your neuropathy if you so choose. Take care of your pancreas (use the formula in the files if needed), change your diet to a mucusless one, get plenty of exercise, fresh air and sunshine too. Daily skin brushing will do you a world of good as will nice long hot baths. As for your mother, well that is her choice. It doesn't make it any easier for you but you can help her by changing her diet using baby steps. Don't forget to use that Reike on yourself too. If you have any more questions Kait feel free to ask.
