Guest guest
I just joined this group as I continue to search for the appropriate treatment for my son who will be 5 in May and has autism. We have tried various things with him for the past 2.5 years with only small amounts of success. Can someone explain to me how Dr. G's treatment philosophy differs from the DAN protocol and also the Buttar/Yasko approach? Also I would like to hear how successful this treatment has been for those of you who would like to share. Also, my son recently had a scope to see if he had any of the GI pathology often found in children with autism. He did not, but a motility disorder was found. The pill cam was supposed to take 8 hours to travel through his small intestine, and it flew through in 3 (hense his malabsorption). Does anyone else have a child with this condition? -
