I know this is all very scary and overwhelming, but your child can be helped

if you get the right medical intervention. Where are you located? My son is

now recovered. Why don't you email me for for info.

,

Marcia has posted this story many many times on the list....if you type in

" recovery " and similar phrases in the list archives, you will

find hers and many more stories from others of recovery. Marcia is also

very generous with her personal time, for which many of us on this list are

so grateful,

Are you sure? Anytime I have tried to search an archive of any list I find that

it only searches on the page you are on. How can you search the entire archive?

Totally sure...go to the groups website where you subscribed to

the list (somepeople read their messages there, others have them sent to

Outlook etc) at the bottom of the page with the latest messages posted is a

search box....type in what you want to find (recovery is a bit broad as this

word is mentioned in many posts) but you might type in say 'Recovery Marcia'

and you will find the headers for everything posted about recovery by Marcia

and those who may have replied. The first page will give you about 15

listings (depends on how your browser is set) If you want more you colic the

'more' button and it will spit out the next matches.

There are almost 30,000 posts on the list now so the more precise you are

about the topic and your search, then the shorter the list of matches and

the more precise it is.

You may have to wait a bit, and sometimes the search times out after

presenting 3 listings, but click more again until you find more. The system

seems to search in reverse from the most recent to the oldest...I just

pulled up an item on CMV from 2000 - post number 2716. There is a blue bar

that lets you know how much of the database has been enquired.

Try it...there are likely to be a lot of answers to questions you have

already sitting there!

Best also to search by a person's name because then you can get

everything they ever posted.

There is a SEARCH box on every page.

It searches about 250 messages at a time.

You have to keep clicking the SEARCH MORE button in order to totally

search through all archived messages.
