Cape aloes or Aloe ferox is a different species the same family. They both have very similar actions. I know Herbalcom carries Aloe ferox and maybe even regular Aloe barbadensis as well. You are going to use powder and capsule it up. So you will want to use the best garlic powder you can find and the best would be to make your own from freshly dehydrated garlic. Otherwise do the best you can. As for the cayenne, the hotter the better but 130 will work just fine. You will also want the leaves and pods of Senna. You will grind them both up (if you can't get them in powder). They both do the same but from different perspectives. The leaves are more griping where the pods are more easily tolerated. But you need both of them. If you can't get one of the aloes then use either the buckthorn or Turkey rhubarb as a replacement for either one or both.
