A month or so ago someone here posted(and we were talking about)

celery seed. I was having alot of tightness and funky pains in my

hands particularly in the mornings. I bought some celery seed,

ground it up and capsulated it. I took nine dbl zero caps

throughout the day for a month. The discomfort in my hands

disappeared after a month so I quit taking it for now. I am

completely sold on it's ability to detoxify the joints.
