Guest guest
This seems like a dumb question considering we have been doing this for 3 years, but is Nutra sweet OK? Or is it a no-no for our kids? I remember asking Dr G about Splenda when it came out, and he said he had no problem with it. But I don't think I ever remember anything about Nutrasweet. Anyone? Guest guest
I asked him about it when we first started with him 4 years ago. He said it was okay to use in moderation. I prefer Splenda and Xylitol anyway. Donna > > This seems like a dumb question considering we have been doing this > for 3 years, but is Nutra sweet OK? Or is it a no-no for our kids? Guest guest
Thanks Donna....I prefer Splenda too, and the only thing he get Nutrasweet in is sugar free syrup....but wondered about the phenyalalnine warnings on the side. Found a new one made by Maple Grove Farms of Vermont with Splenda thats pretty good! > > > > This seems like a dumb question considering we have been doing this > > for 3 years, but is Nutra sweet OK? Guest guest
Phenyalalnine is only a problem for people born with that disorder. You would certainly know if your child had it.
