This seems like a dumb question considering we have been doing this

for 3 years, but is Nutra sweet OK? Or is it a no-no for our kids? I

remember asking Dr G about Splenda when it came out, and he said he

had no problem with it. But I don't think I ever remember anything

about Nutrasweet. Anyone?

I asked him about it when we first started with him 4 years ago. He

said it was okay to use in moderation.

I prefer Splenda and Xylitol anyway.

Thanks Donna....I prefer Splenda too, and the only thing he get

Nutrasweet in is sugar free syrup....but wondered about the

phenyalalnine warnings on the side. Found a new one made by Maple

Grove Farms of Vermont with Splenda thats pretty good!

Phenyalalnine is only a problem for people born with that disorder.

You would certainly know if your child had it.
