Guest guest
Since I am in the early stages of Parkinson's Disease I thought I would try taking COQ10 to help with my tremors. I am confused as to how many mgs to take. I have read Parkinson's patients nedd to take 1200+ mgs where other people say 30 - 60 mgs is maximum. What do you think is the right amount to take?
