My son is turning 6 in June so he has already got his number's and letters

down (he has broke that code) However this is a behavior I have not seen since

he was around 3 years. Anytime he sees the ABC's of numbers he wants to

look at them say them count them etc. Example: He is doing the handwriting

without tears program (very good program) anyway he will practice this all the

time. I he sees something that looks like a letter or a number he has to go

through the steps and outline them. His teacher said she took the ABC down in

class because he was having trouble focusing on anything else. Funny thing

is he is really moving forward in other areas. I would say he is very OCD

now...wanting to go the same way etc.
