This is good. However, if your bowel movement is diarrhea like, as in very watery, then back down your dosage. If your bowel movement is semi-soft/firm then stay at that dosage, add in the parasite formula and then in a weeks time add in the IC#2. It is going to take time for your bowels to get re-educated so that they move after each meal. It will take as long as it takes. This takes time to feed, nourish, strengthen and tone the bowels. Don't be impatient. You are on the right path here. You can, and according to Dr. 's regimen, take your IC#1 three times per day. I would suggest, if you wish to go this route, that you take them 1/2 hour before your meal. It is your choice. However, it still will take as long as it takes. You are attempting to remove age old encrusted fecal matter from the walls of your intestines. This takes time to get it softened and removed from the walls and at the same time feeding and toning your intestines so that they can become active in their peristalic action again. Hang in there Terri Lynne. Peace be with you. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. The IC#1 is what actually loosens up and removes the encrusted fecal material. The IC#2 is used to absorb toxins and to put bulk back into your system to sweep out the diverticuli, etc. If your gonna sweep you want the critters dead first. Otherwise they will just hang on for dear life and continue to produce their own toxins. Now I suppose if you are going to be doing this for months on end then it wouldn't matter too much. But I would still do the parasite cleanse first before starting the IC#2. Just my opinion and thoughts on this. Peace be with you Terri Lynne. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
