I have taken singulair for going on 6 years now. It definitely helps me. I guess the thing to keep in mind about the drug is that like all drugs, what works for some may not work for others. Unlike JoAnn, I have to take it in the morning b/c it interferes with my sleep if I take it at night. I find that both my asthma and my allergies are less severe when Im on the singulair.
