Guest guest
I'd love to see this information also. Amy and Sal Juarez <jamieandsal@...> wrote: Cheryl, do you have article references regarding the combined use of ssri, snri, and sndri? As I see the HUGE difference in these children on all three of these, many doctors are worried about the infamous red flag for serotonin syndrome. I know SPECT Scan supports the combined use, but are they any research articles explaining or rationalizing it is okay in children on the spectrum? Also, I really enjoy your explanations of serotonin and how it works with our kids/the immune system/inflammation,etc... Do you have articles on that info as well? If it is too long to type, as I know you are busy, you can call me if it is faster. Thanks. Guest guest
, honestly, I don't have any info on the relationship of using all 3. That might be something worth discussing with Dr. G at the next chat. Guest guest
Okay, thanks. How about the latter question. What articles can I get that information from? >From: Cheryl Lowrance <c.lowrance@...> >Date: 2008/01/31 Thu PM 05:50:57 CST > >Subject: Re: Serotonin Syndrome? > >, honestly, I don't have any info on the relationship of using >all 3. Guest guest
Whoa, I think you must have me confused with someone else! No, I'm not that well versed on serotonin. I'm certainly not well versed enough to give any explanations other than the basics. I do know that there are a couple of people here that are well versed so I'm sure you're reading some great stuff, just not from me.
