Wouldn't surprise me, being that this person won't see a Dr., maybe he has something and it is very catching, he doesn't see Dr.'s so therefore maybe he doesn't know he has it. Or, there is something in his home or apt that is making you sick, if that is where you socialize with him? Just some ideas. Ok, I have a question about a certain member of my extended family. This person has a chronic, congested, nasty sounding cough going on for about two years. This person is doctor phobic so will not seek treatment. This person also used a primatene mist inhaler frequently many years ago but then decided that there asthma had magically disappeared. I have tried to explain to them that this is not possible but it falls on deaf ears.

Now what has happened twice in two months is that each time I have been in close proximity to this person, I have developed a bad case of bronchitis within 24 hours? I'm fighting my second bout of it now.

Am I just being paranoid here or could I be catching something from this person?

Thanks so much for your input.
