I have the capsules, I didn't think of the liquid Benedryl, I wonder if that works faster? What my symptoms were, I started sneezing, and my nose running, and I was really congested in my head and sinuses, and my chest started to really hurt, and I started wheezing, as I sat here I felt really weak, and then I felt cold, so I think that is a pretty good representation of symptoms. I used my rescue inhaler and after I called the Nurse I know, I took a Benadryl, then a little later I used my nebulizer, and and then later I used my regular symbicort, I usually use in the evening, I didn't know what was causing it, I assumed it was just my asthma at first, but, after I thought about it, it happened just that way the night before, only it was worse the evening before. I caught it really early last night. I

have eaten a handful of peanuts around the same time, and the same amount the night before, and had the same reaction, only worse. Should have went to the ER, but, everything worked, and I had a couple of people calling and checking on me on and off during the night. Have a Dr.'s appointment later today. I think the next time I will just go to the ER, because my chest was very sore all night, kept me up on and off, just couldn't get comfortable, finally fell asleep around 5am. Today I feel a lot better, but my chest is still sore. Still a little touchy. I don't think I want to go through that alone again, I was just plain dumb, should have called the ambulance. You really do need to be tested for allergies. Also I keep liquid Benadryl for when I have an allergic reaction to anything. Mine usually starts with lips tingling and throat swelling. That is a strong reaction and I take 2 or 3 teaspoons of Benadryl. Then if that doesn't stop the reactions, I go to the ER.

Does anyone know if you can develop peanut allergies as an adult? I never had a peanut allergy, but, about 6 months ago I stopped eating cashews because they made me really sick, now I have been getting sick yesterday, and today, after eating dry roasted peanuts? Never had a problem before. But I noticed last night and today I finally figured that after I ate a handful of dry roasted peanuts I have a lot of chest pain, and had to use my nebulizer and rescue inhaler, is this possible, never had a peanut allergy before. I guess I need to throw these peanuts away fast. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for this Madeline. We could add this to the files in the group website. Keep your passwords strong folks.

Just an FYI. This is a list of the most common passwords (and easiest to guess). You may be surprised by what is on this list.

Sorry bout that. I definitely was hacked. I was at work when all the emails were sent out. UGH. Yahoo has a huge issue with being hacked lately...and the sad part is, that while my email address here is an aol.com one, I had supplied yahoo with that email address as a primary email. SO...my aol account got hacked b/c of yahoo. Not too happy about that. But, Ive changed all my passwords so Im hoping its all squared away.

As a rule of thumb, I try to NEVER send a link without saying what the link is about...I hope nobody opened it, but if you did, change your passwords now.

Ann
