I don't know why but about half the time my post go to the spam folder, so I don't know if everyone else is getting my posts....I have to read labels...even if the product does not contain nuts...there will be a note that says..packaged near pecans, etc......I use rice milk and so far I have not had any problems with that. Here at Christmas time almost everything has nuts in them. I just politely refuse. Most of my closest friends know about all my allergies and will not come close to me if they have cologne on either. I had a receipt for cookies that I wanted to use and it called for a cup of nuts. After all the instructions it said you may use cocanut instead of nuts, so I'm thinking "maybe I can substiture cocanut in other receipts. Where there is a will...there is a way. lol

So if I am allergic to peanuts now, does that mean that all nuts are bad for me then, being that I had to stop eating cashews a few months ago?
