I hear a lot of that today, about how long you have to wait for test or x-ray results, and you suffer all of that time, used to be they would contact you right away, and give you treatment as soon as possible. My mother is just going through that nonsense, she has just been diagnosed with breast cancer, and they made here wait and wait for all sorts of foolish things. Well my sister got on the phone and really gave the man ear full so now things are really moving, it just really shocks me the stupid things these medical providers do today, and this is what we pay so much for? just an update went to the doctors today and i asked for a chest x-ray and a neb treatment well after listening to my lungs which is all they did then she said well lets get an x-ray so we can tell if it is pneumonia or not and she said a neb treatment would not a good choice for me so she sent me in a script for cough pills. my sterum hurts now from coughing so bad, wednesday night i coughed like 6 times in 5 minutes for 45 seconds each. they said they would call me when they got the results and the x-ray tech was like we will not even give ur doctor the results until monday, i was lil pissed at that cause i was there early enough today that they can give my doctor the results today. so that is where i stand for now
