My Christmas wasn't much better, spent most of it upchucking and sleeping, my hiatal hernia is really acting up, so miserable, and that in turn sets my sinuses off, and my breathing also, so we all had a very merry Christmas. Happy New Year everyone! Thank goodness Christmas Day is over! Although I spent a delightful time with family gathered around a huge dining table in an old farm house with enough food to last a week, my Christmas was constantly interrupted with the chore of breathing!

Armed with nebuliser, pills and inhalers, I coughed my way through the canapes, wheezed through the traditional turkey and trimmings, gasped through the Christmas pudding, choked on mince pies and spluttered into the non-alcoholic wine!

The meal was frequently episodic due to nebuliser breaks, head out of window periods and leaving the room due to unacceptable decibel level of wheeze!

So as you can gather, my breathing is again causing concern, but I really did have a great Christmas day despite my health.

So here are my wishes to you all for the Christmas Past and New Year to follow.

I sincerely hope that your Christmas was enjoyable, (unfortunately it was not for all) and that the coming year brings good health, good fortune and good friends to each and every one of you.
