Haven't tried the swiffer cloths, thought about it, but, haven't done it yet. Trying to save as much money as I can on household cleaners. I sat down a few months ago and figured out how much I was spending on all of the products I use, for household cleaning and even myself, like lotions and such, and it made my eyes pop. So now I am trying to cut as many costs as possible without depriving myself of being clean, and taking care of me the best I can, but, not wasting money. From: Canter

Some scents bother me more than others so I have to be very careful, too. I live in a smaller apartment house with a couple of private homes around me. One neighbor uses some pretty strong dryer sheets and the vent opens on the side of her house facing ours. I can't walk past the vent while her dryer is running. I also have to be careful what I use at home. As far as the "green cleaners" advertised on that site, I can't afford a lot of that stuff. BTW, this is an asthma list, so links for advertisements are considered spam. If this website is something to seriously help people with asthma, ok. I looked at that site and I think some of it can be helpful here. Thanks,

Well, that is interesting, first time I though of those things bothering someone. I guess we all have our assorted triggers. I live in this high rise apts, and everytime someone burns a candle or uses fabric softener I have to open all of my doors and windows and turn the heater or air conditioner on and my air cleaners just to live here. Nothing you can do about it. Trying to move to a private apt again, should have stayed there, this is not the nicest place to live. Way too many people and too many odd smells and irritants. I have problems with Ethylene gas which is produced in the aisle

containing fruits and veggies in the supermarket. I need to speed

through that aisle or skip it entirely. And in the winter with

Christmas Decorations are up I have many problems with those

decorations.
