Does anybody get health insurance coverage for Speech Therapy?

We are in United Healthcare which covers Speech therapy with certain

caveats. Our claim was rejected recently - stating that the incorrect codes

were used. Further inquiry with United Healtcare confirmed this.

So if you do get coverage - what codes do you use?
