Just got an e-mail back from in Dr. G's office. Flaxseed

meal is okay but he'd rather we stayed away from coconut.

Thanks!! I have always assumed flaxseed meal was

off-limits and never bothered to ask. Thanks!

It has always seemed that every supernutrient is off

limits.

Oh, that's AWESOME!! I've always assumed the same thing. He won't

miss the coconut, but I'm soooo happy I can use the flaxseed.
