I can answer this--I have smoked for years and had to quit two years ago--Marijuana does the same thing to your lungs that cigarettes do and can also cause lung cancer---hubby still smokes but also comes running for my inhaler because he can no longer breath--it may work for a moments relief but in the long run its dangerous

 Never tried it but a nurse told me that it could. With my luck I would get caught and get worse breathing on top of it lol.

I have a stupid question

 As we speak I have Judge Judy on the television. There is a young man as a defendant on right now and long story short, he lives in California and has a "card' that gives him legal permission to grow marijuana. He claims smoking it is good for his Asthma, as it opens up the bronchial passages.

Is this for real? Has anyone EVER heard that an Asthmatic can smoke marijuana as it opens up the bronchial passages?
