Guest guest
Has anyone had the DNA PCR test done on their child? Were they positive and if so how do you interpret that? Were currently awaiting results...My daughter has had such a great response to anti-virals. she was very tired, runny nose, and her mood would indicate overall just not feeling well. I couldn't get her off the couch to get ready for school, now she's up and ready with the alarm. I thought her allergy medicine wasn't working, but since Famvir her nose stopped running. Her teacher reports she's alert, ready to work everyday and her enthusiasm is way up. Lynn
Guest guest
We accidentally had one run awhile back when Dr. Goldberg didn't put the procedure code on the requisition for a HHV6 titer and the lab clerk decided to be " helpful " and write one in for him without checking. Insurance refused to pay and it took almost a year to get Quest to quit threatening to send us to collection for not paying the $600 for the wrong test. Anyhoo, it was negative although titer testing has shown elevated levels. Gaylen
