I apologize. I was giving my son a bath but stayed signed in. I did go

through and read your posts right now on the chat. Yes I have

submitted all paperwork to Dr Goldberg a few days ago. I emailed him a

very long parent testimonial on my son as well. He said on tonights

chat that he had been reading it. So do I need to call and try to get

an appointment now? Or do I wait on the office to call me? Any

pointers? What is the first step when we go in? Blood work?
