With the cascara you won't have too much problem but senna leaf tends to cause griping (to have sharp pains in the bowels). If you use it and feel that you are experiencing too much griping then add in a corrective like fennel seed, cinnamon, cloves, coriander or ginger. This will get rid of the griping. Other than that you can expect your bowels to move fairly easily.
