You're welcome. Our temps here in NE Tennessee have been wonderful in the 60s and low 70s. It's about 56 right now at 9:45 EST and the sun is trying to peep out of the cloud cover. My asthma is behaving for now. It acted up earlier in the month with the stormy weather we were having. I attend college and sometimes get perfumes/colognes or cigarette smoke, which will make me cough until I use my inhaler. I've only used my neb twice in 3 weeks so that's pretty good. I can truly feel for you on the back pain. I have 2 degenerated discs in my low back at L-4--L-5 and the muscle spasms will about drop me to my knees at times. I stirred things up last week cleaning house while we were on spring break from classes. It took me almost all week getting my back to behave after 2 days of cleaning and

Thank you .Our weather has been so mild and temps in the 40-s & 50's most of the winter & then my lungs haven't given me any problem at all but now that we're starting to warm up I don't know what to expect .... Never had a bad back and never really had back pain until last week. Don't know what I did but when I wanted to get out of bed last Wednesday I wanted to put my left leg down on the floor but couldn't. Pain was so excruciating 24/7 for the past week. Went for x-rays and am still waiting for rheumy to review them & send me copy of report. Not sure what they will show because I got much worse after Friday and suffered all weekend long. Wed. of this week am
