I was told by the asthma nurse before going to Cuba (where medical treatment would not have been as easily accessible, and the 40 degree, humid climate could have been very difficult for me - I was actually fine as there's far less pollution in Cuba, and I adjusted fine to the humidity) that 20 puffs of Salbutamol through a spacer is the same as one nebuliser treatment (over here, only severe asthmatics are given nebulisers, as the thinking is that if anyone else needs one, you should be in hospital)Jenn Tha can tek t'lass outta Yorkshire...! Oh wow, I am sorry to hear you are in this way right now. Call the doctor's office ASAP and get an answer. It's so late in the day but they must have an after hours consultation for emergencies.

I know I am allowed 2 puffs every four hours if that helps at all. But it might be different doses for different people.

Hello all, I'm currently suffering from a extremely bad chest infection I'm wheezing and rattling also finding it hard going physically getting out of breath my gp gave me antibiotics but was reluctant to give me steroids at the moment.How much ventolin can I take ?
