I like that you mentioned stabilized body temperature. Many of our kids have

cold hands

and feet (sometimes very warm hands and feet) and I often see this resolve one

the gut

and the motabolism are working well.

So it sounds like you stayed on Valtrex for 3 months with no negative symptoms

when you

came off. I personally think that's a little soon, but I'm glad it worked for

you and that

HBOT is also working as well.

I believe people should wait around 3 months after starting Valtrex to do HBOT.

At least 2

months. I feel you need to give the body a chance to detox before pressing

things into the

cells with HBOT. That's just my feeling. We have seen some reports of negative

responses

to HBOT when done too closely with the start of Valtrex. It's only a few

reports, so it

might be too early to tell, but I would play it safe and wait 3 months (at least

2 months)

after starting Valtrex before " diving " into HBOT.

Pun intended.

Hi Stan,

If someone is already doing HBOT, do you recommend stopping HBOT, then doing Valtrex, then a wait period, then HBOT again?

We have done 8 mHBOT sessions (at home with a Vitaeris 320) so far, and it is going really well. I'm open to suggestions, though.

Oy. That's a tough question. As a general philosophy I say stop for at least

the healing

regression so you know exactly what's going on and then consider restarting, but

this is

just by gut feeling more than reports (although we have one or two that said the

two didn't

do well together during the healing regression).

I'm just telling you my gut feeling and you could let me know if they go well

together for

you if you try it. In general, I am conservative, especially when it comes to

things I haven't

tried myself.

Stan/Dawn, I also have the Vitaeris 320 and have been doing 4 dives a week; however, I also am doing the Yasko Protocol and we are in the Metals 4 RNA/Valtrex phase and Dr Amy Yasko wanted us to stop the mHBOT until we were done the all the Metals rna protocol because when excreting the virus load does not work well with HBOT. I'm sorry, Stan. I really didn't meant to put you on the spot. :)

This makes good common sense, I think. I read a lot of parent reports before trying mHBOT and while I think mHBOT/HBOT is an amazing tool, I also think it can be too much for some kids to do mHBOT/HBOT at the same time as another powerful intervention. I'm conservative, too, and like to get results without regression whenever possible.

Thanks for the input & the GREAT list.

Dr. G is *absolutely* against HBOT. He does not like it at all.

Although others would disagree,

Seems one size doesnt fit all, whats good for some of our kids may not be good

for all.

We just dont know what works for who.

Ive meet some parents who said it was beneficial and others that it wasnt.
